Happy Birthday poohbear! If you're not feeling well it's best to give the exercise a miss anyway, as your immune system needs energy to fight off the lurgies and you don't want anything to divert from that!

I started my diet on my birthday last year. It wasn't planned like that, it's just that happened to be the morning I had my "freak out" when I saw the reading on the scales! I'm not one for putting things off so I started there and then! (I totally understand why you can't start till tomorrow though :D)

Hope you have a lovely meal and evening with your family!

  • Happy Birthday poohbear - enjoy yourself and enjoy your food! I am still not sorted since christmas, but keep popping on and am back to class on thursday. I am not going to feel guilty, but I am now ready to get back on track.

Welcome to Floozie and hello Bluecorn, katiepoppycat is right, often we say or ask things - it is read usually but maybe people don't respond straight away or know the answers, I have felt how you feel before, but after a time you realise everyone is interested in you, but in a forum its easy to forget who had commented or what about (after reading loads of new pages since last we looked in!) - don't worry, you and all of us are most welcome and its great that we have a place to share worries, weight loss and life in general. Keep posting.

Happy Sunday folks, it will probably be busier in the week, its been so quiet all weekend - enjoy your meal missyg.

    take care all x

Happy Birthday poohbear! Hope you have a great day :)

It was my fathers 65th birthday yesterday. I cant adam and eve it. in 5 years time he will be 70. Thats grandfather age, not father. Or at least father age to someone who is 40 odd. I'll be 26 when hes 70. Sounds wrong.

Anyway, hope everyone has had a good weekend. Work was utterly boring for me, the meal out was fab yesterday so its been good for me! For the first time since october, i have absolutly nothing that has to do be done for college. Man, it feels good!

Totally excited about loosing weight, my boyfriend is looking into holidays so im totally motivated now the thought of Bikini has entered into the equation.

Oh, i bought a soup from morrisons. I only like consumme and this was kinda that. 50 odd calories per portion so i was totally chuffed with that! Hope now that im back on with food and exercise i can start seeing my first loss!

Sad thing is i got a scalextrics for my 14th or 15th birthday, i like football, rugby, im playing golf this week and i loooooove lego! I would still get my lego out today actually if i knew where it was. I played with cars too. I still had my dolls and pushchairs, still dressed my dog in dolls outfits and pushed him in my pram. I was years ahead of paris hilton!

Not all girls are girly girls. I am making up for it now, im a continuous shopper, i want everything and its mother pink and i would die for a handbag!
