BB, I'm sure others would agree with me that with you feeling so poorly, we really can do without the chart this week. The most important thing is that you focus on yourself and what you need. If, and only if, the chart will help you, then I give you permission to do it; if not then please put yourself first.

(0.5lb loss for me this week.) Big hugs to you xxxx

    hey guys!

Had my exam this morning and it went pretty well. I wrote So much, over 12 pages of A4. I see that as a good sign, that i knew what to write ect. My hand ached at the end, and by the time i was 2 and half a hours in a i just wanted to give up, but i carried on and my timing went so well! It was obviously all that good luck you were sending!

Shame i gotta do it again tomorrow :( But ive not a nice afternoon with an empty house so im going to make the most of it and !!!!!! off in a minute!

Welcome on board likklegibbon. JJ - not at all envious, youre only like 11 cup sizes bigger than i am, if you were a 32 back. I'll introduce myself as miss vicki the bra fitter. Its what i do for some spare cash to get me through my studies but has quickly become a passion! I wont shut up abbout underwear when i get started, and i can feel it coming on so i will hush :p

I walked home from college 55 mins of walking so hopefully that burned some calories!

anyway, off to revise again, ciao!

Just made celeriac, turnip, swede and carrot mash and it tastes divine, got the idea from the channel 4 show last night cook yuorself thin, never used celeriac before but it is heavenly and H thinks so too:D
Tried to buy Jerusalem artichokes but they had none, that instead of mash pots they say it tastes the same and you feel as if you are not being left out , she handed it to her two teenage sons and they said they thought it was pots so can't wait to try that:D

welcome to the newbies and well done to all you fab loosers xx

Hi likklegibbon, welcome to the thread! Let us know how you get on at WW tonight :)

Vixarooni, glad to hear today went well! Hope for a repeat performance for you tomorrow! Is tomorrow the last one or are there more?

I ate a cheeseburger today  I made it as small and low cal as a cheeseburger can possibly be, haha! And I had half a flake with my son. Haven't had either of those things since I started my diet so I feel a bit weird about it (not in a freaking out kind of way).

The trouble with living off my existing food until the end of the month means that there are things like burgers and sausages in the freezer to use up (from pre-diet - yes, i have checked the use by dates)! And I need to make a start now otherwise that's all that will be left at the end :rotfl:

  • Well done on the exam today Vix, hope tomorrows is just as good! And the results look great at the end :) (But still - rather you than me - there's nothing I hate more than exams!)

Hope you feel better soon BB, and don't over-do it trying to get the chart finished

Had an incredibly productive day today, so productive, that when I looked up thinking it must be nearly lunchtime, it was really 3.45.... Oops!
