Hi
If its not too late I would like to join in.
I have been to Slimming world three times in the past 8 years but regained the weight and more.
My other half said I could never lose weight as I lack willpower. So now fridge full of salad and fruit and giving it a go. Turning the negtive energy into a challenge. Started Monday and no chocolate or crisps so far. That's two whole days so far.
Going to be following Slimming world broadly speaking so I end up less broad. lol!
Hope I can still join in.

Just had an hour of being able to log on ,so have caught up with the fab losses. All peeps who weigh in tomorrow (wed): if you could make your weigh in figures nice and clear for me, so I do't have to scan through loads of writing, that woud be great. I get about an hr in the evening when I'm able to sit up and do summat so will whizz through and get the chart up. If no better by the week end will def have to handchart over temp to delly though, but too late for this week.
Debtdummy: sorry to confuse you. You will be on the chart this week xx
