Gah!! Had a really bad day today, walked to and from the garage (car troubles, don't want to type it all out again so check out my thread if you are interested) got soaked & freezing in the rain. And really fancied a pasty walking home or to order a pizza for dinner tonight.
Resisted thou! Had mackrel, salad & mash for dinner (odd combination but I really craved some mash)

wELL done for resisting:D toast smell gets me, I would like to rip it out of my kids hands I so want it but it is the smell more than the need to have some toast:rotfl:

I've lost 1lb this week - slow but steady which is surprising as I ate 2 flakes in quick succession last night!:o must go listen to Paul Mackenna again! and hide all the chocolate!:rolleyes: but hopefully the exercise I get picking up toys at work will balance that out!

Hey everyone.

I am zonked!

If everyone can have a small prayer for me tomorrow, about half 9 to half 12. Ask if god will help vicki in the questions, give her confidence, fill her brain with big words that sound good, make time go quickly, but at the same time have enough time to do the question justice. I also need a prayer for my bum, sitting for 3 hours on a plastic chair is not fun, and also for my hand which will be moving non stop too. (writing)

I think thats all. Thank god i can see a cathedral from my bedroom window, will have to do some serious bum licking to the man upstairs, havent asked him for anything in a long time, think he owes me.
