Having read your post again Vic, I really wonder if WW is the right choice for you? This is a question, not an opinion, as I don't know the systems well enough but it seems completely wrong that you should feel hungry and not full. I know that you have lost a fantastic amount of weight on WW and it may be very scary to even contemplate another system... also, are you not allowed to eat more when you are maintaining? You're right, noone should have to spend every minute thinking about food (therein lies the ED route). Does being able to share so much more with your family outweigh the food?

Granny~Hope OFSTEAD went well for you & you can now enjoy your weekend.

Thanks for the good wishes --- they don't come in until Monday and Tuesday so the weekend is a bit of a wash out. In fact today has been spent in school - just about to go home now but I thought I'd treat myself to a catch up on here first.

Ooh nasty GN but necessary. Really hope everything goes well for you and they see what a fab person you are; your school must be brilliant on principle! xx

We all see - if that's the case my free one will be going straight on Ebay for suckers who want to pay twice the price for it! I won't be buying anymore guides now!!! To be honest though I eat out quite ofetn and never know what to have when on diet so it should hopefully be worth the money over the coming weeks!

Nice attitude! For those of us who dont go to classes Ebay is about the only way you can get the guides. Id be surprised if the Shopping Guide etc came free, WW charge a bit for them too.

I guess I count as one of the 'suckers' dont want to pay through the nose for it but if unscrupulous people put it on at extortionate prices to try make some money out of those of us struggling with our weight..........................

Hi vixarooni thank you so much for that brilliant post about the bras :A I hope that your studying hasn't been too adversely affected ;) but the info is second to none :j . According to you I should try for a 30/32  that has been totally unheard of for me since time immemorial :rotfl: but as missyg says that this ties in with what she has been told and that she wears a 30/32 (we are similar height etc but I couldn't understand why we were so varied in our bra size, now I know :) )then I'm going to have to put all my previously held ideas to one side and give it a go :j . I've always understood that a bra had to be fastened so that there aren't any bulges as they are a sign of a bra being too tight, but now I think about it, this may be why I sometimes drop out of the things, because the blummin' thing isn't tight enough (i.e. mustn't bulge you see:naughty: !). The bra I bought the other week (with the dog on) is a 34B and was fastened on the 1st hooks straight away, so I'm going to try a 32C/D and see how it goes (although a D cup sounds scarey). We have a visit to Meadowhall planned tomorrow for a bit of retail therapy, so this has come at the right time - Thanks again Vix :A ...

...I'm supposed to be sorting out MrP's motor insurance renewal, but bras are far more important :D but I'd better do it now before he starts on at me ;) ...

I would love to lose a little around the bust - but to be honest I don't like to admit it cos I feel lucky that I have 2 healthy boobs. Not everyone does! x

Gloomgurlie - try to put today behind you. We all do it and eat something we feel we shouldn't. Just human. Draw a line under today and start afresh tomorrow. You'll do it. xxxx
