Fingers crossed Maralum for the house swap, happy belated house move to Rach (ooo, I think I'm NOT last in after all)happy new sofas to Taurusgb. Embb, take it steady if you're going there again and you make the rules this time. Aimee, hurrah for your Denmark trip! - never been sorry but can you let me know how you persuaded your landperson to up the insulation, I'm fairly certain mines ineffective but is it a legal requirement? LJD well done on the voluntary job and serena, great going on the Boots bargains! Hugs/vodka/ chocky to anyone I missed out.
Another stupidly busy day which meant I didn't get the Asda shop done in my lunch hour so I had to go after work then via Tescos for the Tesco stuff (I know what I mean). Just finished my supper and can't contemplate starting anything now. I need a half hour sit down challenge.
Lil_me, well put on those points about Flylady being OS money saving.
I've done something wierd while typing this and can barely read it. Going to sort that out first. One debt v 100 days Part 14 £400/£400

I was doing so well today! Pulled out the sofa and hoovered underneath it, cleaned the blinds, took down the net curtain and washed it, cleaned the windows. My front room was almost sparkling! Then DD, just 2, decided that whilst I was out of the room it was a good time to poo on the carpet and mush it in with her feet and a SPOON!!
OMG I have never seen so much poo in my life! It was so stamped into the carpet I didn't know where to start cleaning it, or her, as she was covered in poo from her hands to her feet.
I can 'almost' laugh about it now, but believe me I was nearly crying earlier.
Onto the bedroom now though
Hahaa, that made me laugh out loud! :rotfl:And to think I was annoyed that my dobi had done a poo on the laminate in the kitchen!Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

OK, I've sorted it, I can read again.
I need a serious kick up the bum please. Just for half an hour. I'm out for the evening tomorrow straight after work and need to
Iron work clothes and going out clothes
Wash my hair as I know I won't have time to dry it in the morning and 'styled by car heater' is not a good look for me
Work out how to by-pass all the things that make me not able to video Torchwood tomorrow.
Get to bed by 10.30

Not such a good day today. But I was working late and I am knackered today!
Tuesday Living Room, Hall and Stairs
Level 1
[strike]Vacuum floors and sofas [/strike]
[strike]Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe [/strike]
Level 2
[strike]Dusting, even if around everything [/strike]
[strike]Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets[/strike]
Level 3
Wipe light switches and banister
Clean any other glass like mirrors etc
Tidy shoes, coats and bags
Vacuum under furniture (only if you won't hurt yourself doing it, no injuries, no pregnant people moving sofas please!!)
Extra Mission:
Pick one or more of the following tasks –- [strike]Clear one hotspot, or just spend at least 5 minutes tackling it[/strike]
- [strike]Phone a friend or loved one, catch up on the gossip or just to tell them you care x [/strike]
- Clear one shelf, dust and replace items after giving them a wipe
- Clean a window, only need to do one but if you manage more then
well done
- Using the idea Shirley suggested (where is she anyway?), get yourself a bag or box, go around collecting things that are not in the place they should be, then put them back where they should be. You could delegate and give everyone their own misplaced things to deal with

Evening everyone,
Busy day here but no flying, started my second computer course and i'm loving it already (great to get out of the house for awhile).
Paper work came today for the extention so will go over that tonight, still can't get hold of builder so think i may have to camp out side his house.:rotfl:
Gonna play catch up tomorrow so i'm off to look at this plan and then heading bed.
See ya all tomorrow, night everyone.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -

 Good evening. Think i have inherited the ranting for today though at the sheer time-wasting abilities of my employers again.
1) resources needed for my lesson 1 tomorrow were only given to me for the 1st time to read at 4pm this evening, so i only had chance for a quick flick through as i was not bringing it home
2) the guy i share a form with has been used to cover another form, so our plan to use some of the time tomorrow for me to talk to him/organise ourselves with what we need to do is now caput
3) they are sub-contracting out our payroll dept, so i now have to fill in a big form with all my pay details, and the bit that worries me is that i have already started trying to change to maternity leave with the council, and now i think i will have to redo that with the new company as the changeover is the 1st.
I woke up at 4:30 am this morning and i am sure it is the to-do list going round in my head. Oh, and also, had a dreaded nit letter today, but thankfully no pests. And i think i have broken my tooth - at least chipped it but it feels cracked.

Dusty - yes reflexology can be brilliant but only, in my opinion, if you don't get a completely obsessed reflexologist. I had a client recently whose previous reflexologist had told her to come off insulin even though she was diabetic. Down right dangerous. It works well alongside western medicine and is extremely relaxing. Make sure your reflexologist is fully qualified. I doubt someone could do any harm but they might not do much good either. I usually have monthy reflexology but haven't had it for three months and believe me my PMT is so bad today....can you tell!
Can't find the original ref to Reflexology, but I did a 30 week course (beginner, intermediate, advanced) for my son's benefit. I agree with the above, that it works alongside, not necessarily instead of, Western Medicine. DS has ME and finds it very difficult to relax and switch off, so this helps, but he still needs the amitriptyline as well! I think any alternative therapy has real potential and can be very beneficial, but they need to be used carefully.DMP mutual support thread No: 433 - Mortgage - £54,556, Credit cards - £4012, Unsecured loan - £3,376, Other - £419
