Doesn't that nit letter make you run for the comb and conditioner. Sorry you had a bad day at work. Hope your tooth is ok...at least you can get it treated for free!

Can anyone help me with the lakeland voucher code. When does it ask you to put the code in. I got to nearly the end of ordering and bottled out because I didn't want to risk being billed full price. Help please! xx

    Nothing left!
  • Clothes ironed and put out for the morning. Hair washed and dried - I'll ask someone to straighten it for me at lunch time I think! Text to Mother replied to and demanding cat fussed.
Have you got a habitable bedroom for the night yet Raphael? Ta for the challenge.

Michelle, the best laid plans.. how frustrating.

I'm now going to sit and work out the doodah and whatsit cables and hopefully set the video. Then it'll be bedtime for me.

I won't be back until Thursday eve - on here I mean - and two days posts to read will take an age so don't do too many exciting things. Only kidding, have fun.

    Evening ladies

More pages of posts I dont have time to catch up on, so hope you all ok.
:T :rotfl: :A   :grouphug: :coffee: - just choose which option if you need one.

Feeling a bit low tonight so done no flying but have made DD a costume for saxon day tomorrow at school while OH made her a sword and shield (cant remember him ever doing anything like that before).

Went back to hospital today for results of pre Christmas tests and everything was down to not sticking to diet properly (which I hate) so glad nothing untoward going on. What upset me most though is I've been back home 5 hours (and had text OH to say where I was so he cant have forgotten) and he hasnt even asked how I got on  so feeling a little unloved at the moment with recurring urges to lash out at him (and thats the very polite way of putting it). Think I better go to bed before I cause a scene.

Oh and washing machine big time bust so need a new one. Luckily the little family firm we deal with can have one here after I get home from work tomorrow for about £20 more than I can get same model on internet when would have to wait til Monday for delivery.

Love to all you lovely ladies (and the lost flyboy of course)
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Clean tops of drawers and wardrobes
Extra mission tasks, as always if you fancy an extra challenge try one or more of these

    • Clean windows in the bedroom, make sure you wipe the sill too

    prepare powerpoint for yr 11
see various members of staff about issues

We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

  • Oh dear! All I managed today was the vaccuuming downstairs. Stairs are clear and I did the usual bedmaking and bathroom/shower room. Managed 4 sign ups today, but still issues with management not helping. They should all have had a form to fill in before Christmas. Manager's giving them out as they come in to do tests!!! which means they aren't filled in so I have to ask them all their personal details, no point waiting for them to write one form so I can use the info. The admin said they could only release one at a time from the floor to do thge signups, so I asked what they're going to do when the training sessions start (4 -5 at a time for 5 hours, we're supposed to be there 4 days a week!) She looked horror struck, so I'm really looking forward to tomorrow - not! Anyway, I've driven there and back through floods, collected OH, made and eaten dinner, taking DS to physio and collected DD from station, then caught up with you all on here. Hope you've had a good day. I'm off for a bath and bed coz I'm shattered. Night night

Lina, ewwwwwwww aren't children the most vile things. Well ok dogs are close raph, mines got his head in my shoe at the minute, yuk!
LJD1 I did mean to say well done earlier :o sorry I got distracted.
Kaz, squidgy hugs, I'm pleased the tests didn't show up anything 'extra' give your partner a slap on the back of the head from me :D don't worry too much, my partner sometimes asks a week after I have been, sometimes longer and we won't go into what he did when I was first took in.
vivw must say for someone who hasn't popped in for a while you are doing very well!
Pink Fairy vacuuming downstairs and providing the 'Mum is the taxi' service is more than nothing, don't look at how much you don't do, look at what you do!

Oh speaking of dogs, Megan came in from the garden limping very badly, well I hit panic, she might be a hairy, grumpy pain but I do care about the fur ball. Anyway eventually let us near her paw (after trying to bite me) she had a chunk of charcoal stuck between her pads :( must have hurt, she's walking much better on it now. Phew at least she's ok!!!

Right, erm, what on earth was I going to moan about? See I've forgot now :rotfl: nah just kidding. Evening has been nice ish, a Tuesday I could watch the TV programmes I like instead of recording them, wouldn't have got home until about now. Pottered about doing 'stuff' somehow the boys managed to demolish the work I'd done in the sitting room, hey ho! I'm sure it won't take THEM long to tidy it up...I've just put the boys uniforms on the radiators, both sets needed doing and DS1 is on a trip tomorrow so needs to be in full proper uniform (incase he wanders off!) I've tried sending the boys to bed at different times, one later to try to stop the 5am wake ups, he's tired before school ends and grumpy! DP suggested it, I am doubtful but we'll see tomorrow I suppose.

My thoughts tonight are with those facing yet more really bad weather, I am sure I ended up with a drop of water on me in the conservatory earlier (it better flippin' not rain in as my PC is in there) and that was enough to worry me, so fingers crossed we don't get a repeat of last summer.
One day I might be more organised...........
