I'm sure Martin was just introduced as "Martin Lewis from moneysupermarket.com" on Radio 5...
Was that when I was live - if so it was definitely moneysavingexpert or was it a clip of me in the news - if so that's worryingMartin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

I think it was just a clip, but can't remember for sure any more. It was just before they had a live interview with someone who was from money supermarket, though, so possibly the presenter got confused. Or maybe my ears played tricks on me.0

Just wanted to say how much I appreciated Martin's slot on JV's show today and the PPI discussion - very interesting and helpful, but I thought that Martin took a bit of an unwarranted pasting in the dialogue with the man from the PPI Claims Company.
The caller WAS jovial and generally pleasant - but he's STILL in the business of charging people for "services" that are easily performed for free using the advice and downloads available here and at Which?. Also - and much as I like Jeremy Vine - I felt his "We know what Martin's like...!" was a bit unfair. No need for that, really.
I'm definitely with Martin on this one and am sorry that there wasn't more time devoted to enable a longer discussion with the PPI chap on the programme.0 -
When does Martin's new programme start?0

Oh my Life! Trying desperately to watch the new show, but the camera angle switches is making it virtually impossible! 5 mins in and I'm starting to feel sick._pale_0

You beat me to it! This is some of the worst 'trendy' camerawork and/or post-production work I think I've ever seen.
Keep the flippin' camera still !!!!!!
It looks like it's been shot by a kid with ADHD. This is what happens when you have 'trendy' kids coming out of media schools with no proper technical training like you used to get at BBC Wood Norton and the like.
Good production is when you don't even *notice* the production. It should be totally invisible to allow the viewer to concentrate on the message. I was so distracted by all the hopping around and constant flash zooming in and out that I missed most of the information as I just couldn't concentrate on it.
I had to go into the kitchen so I could hear it without having to watch it. What an absolutely stupidly appalling way to ruin what would otherwise be a useful programme.0
