mines the same as it was but i have only just got out of the minus as they gave me x no points for littlewoods and then grabbed most of them back as i had returned stuff (you only order to see what you want then return dont you )this is just typical isnt it dont know why i bother.hope everybody gets them back who knows with them lately.donno why i bother!

Grrr me too - amazon points from November. They keep telling me that they will sort it out, but they haven't :mad:

After having a big negative balance yesterday and until an hour ago, my balance has just increased (less negative now).

What I don't get is that my piggybank still shows the points awarded for SWT and the redeemed points, so no mention of any correction and I am sure if I bothered summing all the points, I would not get this negative balance... I'm a bit worried. I have a few leisure vouchers which I planned on using today, but I am afraid I may have to give them back??!
