I've just gone into Pigsback and I have -1620 points. Yesterday there was 720 points. There's been no e-mail or nothing showing in my piggybank to explain what's happened. And I've had no ct's for over a week........and I've not received my Foxy Bingo points!!!!

By the way I'm down £70 worth too!
Would have gone through quidco or another cashback site if I'd known!- and looked a bit harder for a better deal- I knew half your fare back was too good to be true|!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Sigh.

I did get my points removed, some but not all are back tody and I'm still in minus firgures, and I am owed another 6500 points for SWT!!
But this is not a South West only issue, as all my journeys were booked for travel Exeter - Bristol, very much the SW.0 -
My SWT points still aren't in my balance, it's still showing me with only £7.05 rather than £75.05. It is showing all my transactions in my piggybank though, and obviously not showing any withdrawals (Which is because i haven't taken any yet!!) So at least that helps to prove i had them and now they've gone! I've taken a screen shot of it to be on the safe side.
As a side note, i was hoping to use the vouchers towards a stay at premier travel inn. Would i be able to use £70 off my stay? Or do they say you can only use one voucher per stay or anything stupid. I'm assuming being gift vouchers they're effectively a cash equivalent therefore i can pay my total stay with vouchers if it covers it?0 -
