sometimes it doesnt work if you directly click the link. You need constantly click on HOME menu till the Go Lower come to the offers where it appears with 5PP...hope this help

Same for me. Some of the points restored (no longer have a negative balance, but I still have over £100 of points missing. No adjustments shown on the account though.

When did you order them? My order for JL vouchers has also been voided. I placed the order yesterday. I also ordered some in early Feb, but they haven't been voided - and I haven't received them yet :eek:

I never lost any points then I never did the train offer.
