Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
That is a possibility - so in that case they should check purchases before removing EVERYONES points and upsetting all their customers. Their customer service sucks!
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

yes, i think you may be right there.

lets just hope that most people who enter the quizzes, only enter one quiz, not all 9 in one go.

ha ha not if they from this site as we all enter all the quizes especially if some kind person does all the answers for us

I'm not sure if I am right (haven't done much maths since I was 16), but if there are 2000 people entering the competitions each day and they each enter all 9 competitions then surely your chance of winning a competition would actually be 9:18000 which rounds down to just 1:2000. Because although you might enter all 9 competitions, so would everyone else so you'd have a 1 in 2000 chance of winning any one of the quizzes.

I hope I am wrong because that means it would take years and years for the average person to win anything!!!

Your chance is 9/2000 (1/2000+...+1/2000 = 9/2000 not 9/18000) on the last thread I worked it out that the odds are if you entered all the quizzes every day then it would take over a year to win one.

I got this response for my 4293 negative points...

    Hi,

The PiggyPoints for your orders placed with Southwest Trains have been removed.
There seems to be an issue with this offer and the crediting of PiggyPoints for valid transactions.
Once we have resolved this issue all valid transactions will be processed for PiggyPoint crediting.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused, and if you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    Kind Regards,

    Lynn

Seriously p'ed off now. If I don't get the points back then I will be really annoyed as I only booked one of my train journeys because of the price, otherwise I would have driven because it would be cheaper!

My response told me 'I was seeing things and theres nothing wrong with my balance'.

There isnt now they've corrected it...was tempted to email them the screen shot but think I'll just leave it.

Really hope everyone else gets their points back soon.

if you followed the link to ebay through the pigsback page you should be ok.

Also, the points you get are 35 for every £ in fees that ebay makes from the person selling the item, not 35 points for each £ you have spent
