cookies were cleared when you were logged in to pigsback and this causes this to happen hit the logout button, log back in and the cookie will be stored again and the account will be back to normal.

this has happened to me loads of times. each time i have done the above and it has reset my piggbank total to the correct amount

i have booked three trips and used the tickets (except one - it is for 2 weeks time), and they are only querying 1 ticket off mine; they have given me back the points for the other 2.
I just dont like the way pigsback can take points away without any warnings, and then dont respond to emails questioning the way they do things.

How annoying that they can't send out the same email to everyone. I had an email just stating that there was an issue with SWT transactions and that they were working on it. :mad:

and no explanation as to why they voided my vouchers!

i find the home button quicker to refresh than F5, F5 refreshes the whole page and you have to wait for it all to load, the home button just refreshes the CT part, or it does on my pc's, anyone else noticed this.

All my Feb transactions are still outstanding, and I haven't cancelled any of the tickets.

My PB account is still SN=AFU this morning. The points I am missing do not exactly equal the train tickets and so I shall have to wait for an expalnation.
