I understand if some people booked and then cancelled (there is always bound to be someone who realises there is a loophole), but I'm not one of them. I've booked some tickets for the future and have not used them yet, but will. I really do hope they will sort out their system. I've booked tickets for the coming months, paying now what I could be paying in a few months time, because of the cashback, and I don't think it is fair that they are removing rewards now.

They should have thought of another control system when this cahsback started, not at the end. Or done as they do with amazon, which only gets credited months after.

I'm just sorry I did not do these bookings in January (short on cash) , that way I would have the rewards with me by now, so no scope for cancelling reward redemptions.

Sorry about this... it's just that last year when I started it was pretty easy to get a Boots vouchers after a while of weekly visits. Now, I haven't seen a CT in weeks. And this SWT was just a nice offer.

PS: and I really don't understand how they are adjusting the points. Since yesterday I only seem to go up when they void my rewards.

There seems to be no consistency to pisback! I had vouchers voided yesterday, and after reading your post, was expecting my order from early Feb to also be voided. But it seems to be still there I have also ordered tickets for future dates right up to May. As long as they are paid for and issued, I can't seem why they shouldn't qualify for the cashback.

Why can't they put a message on their website to explain what the problem is instead of leaving us all wondering what the hell is going on?

I wonder if they've take off the SWT points because they weren't being calculated right...I'm sure someone on here said they got slightly more than they should have.

I do agree that it would be nice if they told people what was going on...

Blingbabe, I'm having problems too. Think the site's gone mad today, won't let me in, says my password is wrong. Had it resent and it's right but still won't accept it. Getting fed up of piggy just lately, soon as I've got enough for a voucher I'm going to kick him up the bumbelero!
