    (hope that works)

Don't think I've read it anywhere so far but there's now a zone that takes you to where you can print off coupons and you get piggy points when you use them. It's ok if you buy the things anyway I suppose.

    SWT problem:
Yesterday they cancelled some John Lewis vouchers. Today they cancelled more vouchers I had ordered 2 weeks ago

I understand if some people booked and then cancelled (there is always bound to be someone who realises there is a loophole), but I'm not one of them. I've booked some tickets for the future and have not used them yet, but will. I really do hope they will sort out their system. I've booked tickets for the coming months, paying now what I could be paying in a few months time, because of the cashback, and I don't think it is fair that they are removing rewards now.

They should have thought of another control system when this cahsback started, not at the end. Or done as they do with amazon, which only gets credited months after.

I'm just sorry I did not do these bookings in January (short on cash) , that way I would have the rewards with me by now, so no scope for cancelling reward redemptions.

Sorry about this... it's just that last year when I started it was pretty easy to get a Boots vouchers after a while of weekly visits. Now, I haven't seen a CT in weeks. And this SWT was just a nice offer.

PS: and I really don't understand how they are adjusting the points. Since yesterday I only seem to go up when they void my rewards.

    Quick question about SWT:

do you think I should collect the future tickets from the fast ticket machines? I prefer to collect them on the day so that I don't misplace them, but this is just a habit really, nothing more. I wonder if they are cancelling uncollected tickets...

DS1 called to say that his PB was back in credit, with no points lost.

I have just logged on to find that the 5 vouchers I ordered on the 8th Feb have been marked 'void' and the points replaced in my account, which is now £24.78 in credit, instead of the minus £29 odd it showed this morning.

PB have not yet replied to my query of yesterday. So I have just sent them an e-mail asking what they are playing at!

As I bought and paid for the SWT tickets correctly, and will be using them in the next 2 hours, I just hope that they are still valid - do you think they are in financial difficulties?

The tickets will be fine, I honestly think this is just Pigsback messing up the validation process.
Just keep your confirmation email, and maybe a screen shot of your piggy bank.

  • I am wondering how long PB will be around! With its increase in popularity recently and the decrease of CTs and free points it looks like it may be going under. However this may just be me being pessamistic!

if they treat the people who pay for the ct's etc the way they treat us, its no wonder the cts are getting less and less
