Nor do I was 49 points short of a voucher....fingers cross it is a glitch and I get it back soon...just need to then quickly find 49 points and get a voucher....

Has anyone else not received their points for the Deal or No Deal Jackpot Joy offer? I woudn't normally bother but it's 1000 points!
Have submitted 2 enquiries about it and not even had a response over the last month.
Between this, and the lack of CT's, my faith in the Pig has almost disappeared.

I've just gone into Pigsback and I have -1620 points. Yesterday there was 720 points. There's been no e-mail or nothing showing in my piggybank to explain what's happened. And I've had no ct's for over a week........and I've not received my Foxy Bingo points!!!!:mad:

You're not alone...guess we'll just have to wait unti Curly wakes up and deals with it, bizarre how some people have lost just 1000 and others a lot more......
