Just came on here in a panic as I was wanting to book some last minute tickets with Southwest trains before the offer finished....went to Pigsback and my points are -16.61 think they have taken a straight 2000 points off.

I thought i had won one of the competitions to begin with until i realised it was a minus sign in front of it!!!

So glad it is not just me.... and now i see from posts above that the offer has been pulled early ????? :mad:

Oh, well, lets hope the points get sorted.

I've lost £70 worth of points overnight as well. Really do hope they sort this as I was kinda banking on that for a 3 night hotel break we've got planned for the summer. Grrr so annoying when things like this happen.

im sure its a glitch but this goes to show you should NEVER EVER leave a large amount of points in your accounts i never do as soon as i get to the value of the voucher i want i order it straight away and then keep the vouchers at home that way i know ive used my well earned points..

just for the record none of my points or any of my families have dissapeared

Completely agree. I would have done the same however the points have literally only gone onto my account in the past 3 days through SWT so personally i've not had the chance to order the vouchers. At the end of the day, i never had the money to start with, and would have booked the 3 train journey's anyway as they're unavoidable so i haven't actually lost anything in the true sense of the word.

I'm sure they'll sort it out though, just may take a little while. I've got all my train booking emails but sadly that's the only proof i guess.

I hope this gets sorted out. My points are now -4185,which could add up to the train cashback. I got some of my friends to join specifically for this offer so I hope it's just a glitch.

this sounds like something to do with the SWT offer i never used the offer wonder if its something to do with not useing swt trains.. fight the good fight everyone im in your corner..
