They've taken my boyfriends too! He was on 500 odd and theyve taken 900 (all of the points he earned from south west trains) so now he's on -488!!
No explanation, bf is furious and confused and going to contact pigsback, probably get a rubbish standard reply though...

I am on -573 after they've removed 6550 (which, again, was exactly the amount rewarded as cashback from SWT). I hope this is just a glitch to do with the offer ending and nothing more sinister!

Lets not panic!

It'll just be a glitch, (things do go wrong sometimes - doesn't necessarily mean evil is at work) and bombarding them with emails may slow down sorting it out.

Me too! My account's showing -9644 points, which would be my total minus the points I got from SWT.

Anyone else found that they can't see or search for AOL today as well? It might just be me that can't find it though..

it could be the water points from uswitch, that is the only 2500 points that i have received.

looks like pigsback have been naughty, hopefully just a glitch and nothing more, I did email them before posting so will see what has happened.

it is also exactly the 3 trains points i received, so it seems it is the swt that has caused it.

My 'minus' points do not match my SWT points, so goodness knows what is happening. OH has not ever had train points, and his account is fine. How exciting :rolleyes:

My minus points are my SWT points. The points are still detailed in My Piggybank but not in the total.

Mine is wrong also I am minus 175 points.
Let's hope they sort it out quickly!
