i am STILL awaiting my points for my asda order from begining of NOVEMBER and still not getting anywhere with pigsback , my latest email from them

We are waiting on the file from ASDA confirming members who made a purchase with them via Pigsback.com. As soon as we receive this file we will be crediting members accounts with the PiggyPoints that are confirmed on the file. Apologies for the delay.

anyone having problems with pigsback today, i have just check my account and I am showing a -1516 points, i had 984 points 2 hours ago, with no email explanation from pigsback as to why it is exactly 2500 remvoed from my account.

it could be the water points from uswitch, that is the only 2500 points that i have received.

That's nothing, I'm suddenly at -11,424 points! The piggybank doesn't give any clues as to what's happened, how strange...

I have also have a lot minus points! I am missing over £100, and the total lost is an exact match of all the south west trains tickets I have ordered since the offer began. :mad:

magoogy, that kept happening to me and i did the same as you, took screen shots and emailed them but all i got in response was that it was 'a techical glitch' they were going to fix so i didn't get any extra points
