    Not in the minus but my SWT points have gone like you, knew i should have ordered vouchers the other day, they better sort this out! :mad:

    By the looks of it they taken a straight 1000 out of my account not sure why... have emailed them just a shame I dont have a screen shot of this morning when I had all the points but have checked my Piggy Bank and its excatly the same as this morning so they should be able to see what I should have (if that makes sense)

    Phew - I was coming in here to get all annoyed about my points doing a runner but it seems everyone is in the same boat so feel a bit happier that its not just me and hopefully they will sort it out soon. I have emailed them too!

    Me too Minus 1903 now, I was 1387 earlier in morning ...have mailed them...but since many of us are suferers, surely some technical snag...shall be all'ite soon...

    hmm so I've lost about £40 from the SWT messed up website last night and the offer having vanished a day earlier then stated! do you know, is this SWT offer a one off or do they relaunch it from time to time?

    i used to hate it when aunts and grans would come up to me at weddings pinch my cheeks and say "your next, your next". well they stoped that crap when i started to do the same to them at funerals:rotfl:
