I've only just seen this thread and I'm also wondering what you decided in the end Lotty?

I can appreciate your worries and concerns, I really can. There's 1 particular loan that I took out quite recently that I am sure the OR will question in great detail and I'm dreading that. I have honestly no idea what I'll say to the questions, but I suppose the best thing I can do is be honest

Hi All, If you remember me rattling on last week - I am sure you do! Well i finally decided to go bankrupt this week, what a relief up untill now anyway.I would like to thank everyone who replied to my threads last week everybody so nice and understanding.At the court i also met some nice people who were obviously in the same position as myself which helped, i was still nervous but managed to keep calm.

Hi Tigerfeet, Thanks for your reply i am sure i will be back on here wanting more info, I just cant believe i have done it even though i think there will be some loose ends to tie up.I could'nt hold out much longer with the worry of it all, i set a day and thought to myself right this is it.

There is always loose ends even if you are well prepared so don't worry.

Once again well done you for taking the bull by the horns. Whatever happens now can't be as bad as when you had all that round neck.

I am obviously still worrying what the outcome will be but at the end of the day there is nothing i can do about it, I have got over the main hurdle and i think if i have done that i can still face the rest.There is no going back now.The issue of my query last week, i know someone who did exactly the same and nothing came of it.

I think untill the OR has finished his investigations then you won't stop worrying but at least you have now taken some control back.

As you say you know someone and nothing came of it and best case scenario it will be the same for you, though every OR is different.

I'm off to bed so I will say sleep well.
