A2C has merely laid out what MAY happen. It is by no means certain that any action would be taken at all.1/11/06 -1/06/07 BSC #42

The chances of criminal action being taken are negligable, and even if you were proscuted and found guilty, you would most likely get a tiiny amount of community servcie. Email me any questions.
If A2C thinks the risk is negligible then......

Its is very unlikely that the loan company will supply the original loan document AND say they relied on the info AND that they will support any action. Message me with this info:
the amount borrowed on the loan
the amount you stated as your income on the application
the amount of your actual income at the time
and I will try to say whether i think a prosecution report is possible.
For example if your actual income was £10,000 pa from benefits and you stated £15,000 then the misleading info is not really material.
Overall it is very unlikely any prosecution action will be taken against you.
I am off to bed now, wil check my messages tomorrow.
I hope you are not up tonight worrying. I wanted you to know what might happen, because forewarned is forearmed!!0 -
Hi a2c I know you have gone to bed, but seriously by what i put on applicationi dont think there is no way out for me.I feel like just forgeting the whole bankruptcy thing now, i have been awake the last couple of nights, pains in chest etc etc.I c how i feel tomorrow i may email you.0

A2C, that might be what you're supposed to do and its a useful insight but my guess is that you guys don't score any brownie points unless you uncover some serious underhand !!!!!!. Somebody bending the truth to take out a loan that should never have been offered, and wouldn't have been if the lender had done there job properly is not going to attract any attention. IMHO that is. If I had to do it all again I'd stick to my I don't remember, and I was stressed, depressed, my husband had just found out a about my affairs, one ot them.
Lotty, take a leaf out of a politicians's book, come up with a convincing story and stik to it, Peter Hain is a good example of what I mean.

Lotty, I'm not going to tell you the companies and the amounts, I dont even want to think about it myself, but if it was a one off application and you were planning on going self employed then I cant see you'll have a problem.
