    Dont think you have much to worry about re the police - theyv bigger fish to fry than you!

    Have you considered an IVA as an option instead of going bankrupt? This is a sensible option if you have property / capital to protect etc

    I am unemployed at the moment so an IVA would be out of thequestion.I neither have any property or assets.

    The OP has been to the CAB and they would have gone through all her options with her and advised her what is the best course of action.

    I do have an appointment on Monday with a solicitor - I originally booked it because of all the hassle i have off of creditors - You all know the score what they are like.When i go there do you think it will be wise to be honest with them about it?

    I do apologise for going on about this - driving you all mad.But on the statement of affairs you have to state your last job.I worked up untill April 06, I then took the loan in Oct 06 when unemployed.I dont know what to put on the form, incase OR thoroughly delves into things.Someone please help!!!!!!!!!!
