Dont think you have much to worry about re the police - theyv bigger fish to fry than you!
Have you considered an IVA as an option instead of going bankrupt? This is a sensible option if you have property / capital to protect etc0 -
I am unemployed at the moment so an IVA would be out of thequestion.I neither have any property or assets.0

I do have an appointment on Monday with a solicitor - I originally booked it because of all the hassle i have off of creditors - You all know the score what they are like.When i go there do you think it will be wise to be honest with them about it?0

I do apologise for going on about this - driving you all mad.But on the statement of affairs you have to state your last job.I worked up untill April 06, I then took the loan in Oct 06 when unemployed.I dont know what to put on the form, incase OR thoroughly delves into things.Someone please help!!!!!!!!!!0
