Problem is that my account shows it as being cancelled :mad: After I received the cancellation e mail it went from posted to cancelled. However, this didnt seem to bother the guy I spoke to this morning. We will see. He said it would remain as possible to receive the DVD for up to 28 days ie. if stock comes in within 28 days it will be sent out. I believe that after that it will be cancelled.

I am not optimistic but will have to keep an eye on the credit card re. refunding or not.

Luis, does your account show the order as being cancelled or awaiting stock?

Hannah2 : I just checked my account and it still ses 'Awaiting stock' tho mine seems to be a day or so behind most people when it comes to updating.
I would get back in touch if I was you,to make sure youll get it,try asking to speaking to someone higher up!

My arrived today. For the record quidco tracked for me at 7.49 so it looks like you needed to get in within 20 minutes. Maybe ordering one only helps too.

I made a complaint about this and they did not even have the courtesty to reply to me if i do not get a reply within the next 2 days im closing my account with them.

I sent an email to privacy email there,but I didnt get a reply...that was last week......I wouldnt mind too much but they still have my money and told me it would be despatched today......so who knows! watch this space I guess....

Just a heads up for those of you still waiting.I checked my order today and its gone from Awaiting stock to packing even tho apprently its still out of stock! Either way its nice that they havn't forgotten about it Fingers crossed!

Mine is still at Awaiting Stock though it also went back temporarily to Order Placed earlier.

Oh....damn! Well I guess its a case of wait and see! As long as they dont charge my card anymore and I do infact receive the item,ill be happy enough
