As a Halfords store manager, I feel it only fair to the legitimate members of the trade card scheme that this "back door" trade affiliation you so readily support should be looked into further.
maybe you should point out to your superiors that thier trade card rules need tightening up then.
or maybe you cant because your actually a member of said vx forum and not a halfords manager....work permit granted!0 -
like looking into "back doors" do you sir ?

oh, suits you sir, back door you say, oh!...work permit granted!0 -
I fully support the members of that particular club, their partnership with Halfords has worked well for both parties
How do you know? Is it top of the agenda at the Halfords management nightout? "oh Steve, those VX online boys are buying lots of parts aren't they" "Yes Dave, those VX are so unreliable!"
I got a few bargains this week, a hub puller, another breaker bar, oil & filter all at reduced prices because of my little card.
Strangely Hydraulic Oil isn't reduced with Trade Discount, another strange one!0 -

give him a break , he's busy launching a full investigation regarding a mse member obtaining a card without his full consent
then he's got some neon bass boxes to sell to some chavs0 -
LSI & Eddy, I don't understand why you felt the need to register here just to specifically post on this thread.
You've already stated the reason/s why the card has been pulled, on the club forum, so why the need for all this here?!
Plus, I don't quite get it. The majority of people on the club forum are complaining - but those people are cardholders anyway and won't be affected so long as they renew every year.
I've read a couple of posts saying that not as many people will join up now because you don't have the card to offer - which to me, says that most people were only joining up anyway specifically for the card.
Someone could have PM'd Steve, someone could have PM'd me, but instead, you register here, complain about the card being pulled because the club and the card have been mentioned here, then tell me it's not a personal attack on me - when I'm the only person on the thread to mention the club! (And it was only in a 'if you get my drift' way, I didn't post a link or actually say 'VXON'.
I completely understand why you are both annoyed (and the members of VXON) but I don't have a clue what it has to do with this forum.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
Halfords store manager lol, don't suppose you're the one who willingly gave me a trade card on production of parts invoices.0

Crack on. I'll accept the consequences of my actions, of which I have none to answer for. Incidently, are you a qualified vehicle mechanic or similar trade working as a "Halfords store manager"? If not, do you get a discount like we do? Surely thats is not above board dear chap.Oh, can't wait to hear the end of this sentence, especially coming for a Seat driver (the poor mans' Audi) :rotfl:
Poor mans Audi? Meaning - an Audi but cheaper? Isn't that the point of this website? No problems with my car, compared to the Chav mobiles (Vauxhalls). Or are you the fashion victim of the 90's? Wearing Burbery clothing are you?
There are more and more trolls appearing on this website, must be the increase in price for White Lighning and/or lack of bus stops to linger at. :rotfl:0 -
Got a tub of Copper Grease today - £3.08 cheaper than a tube on the shelf and now I've got more grease than I'll ever need and I'll never stand on the tube again
Trolley Jack - £27.99 Argos is cheaper!0
