Would I be eligible for a card?

I do not work directly in the motor industry however I am a multiskilled engineering apprentice (Mechanical/E+PC) just about to come out of my time. I work for a multinational company, and my job involves working on anything from one of our Landrovers or mahusive CAT's to 11KV electrical motors and changing plug sockets.

We have through the company access to all the usual (Snap-on/RS/Buck-hicman/ARCO ... you name it we can order it) but we cant get anything from Halfords! I just want it for buying tools for work for myself and collegues and it would be a bonus to be able to buy stuff for fixing mine and mates cars.

well it depends on who you ask as you can see by the recent additions to this thread, if VX owners have thier way you would be stoned to death.

but as far as halfords are concerned then im sure they would give you a card.

They do both irc, the one I've always bought £9 (£7 with trade) is undiluted but I just pour half into a 2l drinks bottle and then top up both.
