Borrowed my dads dongle. So I can get on line. Sky cant do the package that I had on in the last house. So I am changing to BT.
Got to wait a week.
Am in the new house. Slowly getting things in order. Children all seem a bit happier. Twin2's ex is here visiting the baby and that is going well. Fingers crossed.
BF came but is uncomfortable and still full of fear and resentment that I have moved so fast. I believe he is worried that I will be lost to him, So that means he has built up a barrier. It will take time.
We are together, we are trying to talk, but long periods of silence. I can understand some of his fear but not all of it.
I am driving back to oxford after I have done this, and will be taking BBJ's dad back that way. It will save him bus fares.
Finances will be the issue for a while, but hey, I am on MSE, with the support and ideas that come through on here, I will make it.
Got to go.
Back on Sunday night/monday.
Shaz thanks for link have read it, and will read more again. I think I will be ok on SSP that I will have to wait another 28 weeks before I could go to incapacity.
I will speak to my employers later after my holiday as thats only a week away.
God I need it, even if I am on a lower budget then I thought. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Well its Monday already.
I am sitting in the kitchen/breakfast room. All babies and mothers fed etc. DS has started is first day at school. Hardly seen him as he is dog sitting for Biggest of Mooloo who is on holiday with her BF and another couple. They booked it last January, in an all inclusive place that I had been with the family before, but she has never been.
The text messages seem she is enjoying it. I hope she relaxs and doesnt dash about too much, she is like a mini whirl wind when at home.
We go on Sunday, the day she comes back. But not to the all inclusive.
I havent got as much money as I would like, but I am sure I can still enjoy it. Just hope that BF has relaxed by then!
I went over on Saturday night. Took the BBJ dad back. He as OK. Most of the day was successful, but there was a little tension at one time with the other twin. They do not get on at all.
My BF was a little distant, we went out not long after I got there. One of his friends plays in a band so we went to watch.
But Sunday he was the BF I love again. We went out for a drive in the little kit car, it was a lovely day driving in the country, and then going for a walk near the river. After we went back to my old house, to get the last of the stuff that was left the other day. Got the plants and the garden things.
I still need to go back to get the carpets cleaned. But then I will be happy enough to hand it all back to the landlord.
Today I am waiting in for the bedroom furniture that my Dad helped me get from the BHF furniture shop. Then I have to go to the post office to get my post redirected. For some reason I couldnt do it on line?
I can probably get my euros at the post office too.
Then its take the council Housing forms back, with ID etc etc.
Then if there is any time left in the day. I am going to Menu plan for the rest of the month, then go shopping. I believe there is a Farm Foods in Wolverton. May go for a drive there and see what they are like for stocking up the freezer for easy meals while I am away.
I need to be as organised as possible, as I want the twins to be orderly and doing while I am away.
I think there will have to be visits early in the day from my Dad etc, to make sure that they are all up and doing.
Today the twins are helping, and even volunteered to do the hoovering etc.
Time for me to start on the ironing. Then the girls can have a go when the babies have a nap.
(Well thats the theory anyway!)When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

Travel Insurance done.
Ironing started, but that will take months to finish!
Managed to get Benefits to hold on an attachment to twin2;s benefits until one of the ones that is already on there is paid off. Even though its only £3.80 its yet another payment out of her money, only leaving her £47 a week Income Support.
Have a leaflet with £5 off farm foods so we are off as a group, twins and babies to visit one I believe is in Wolverton.
Menu plan been done for the rest of the month so I hope that I will be able to stock the freezer etc. Then I will know how much I can or cannot take to Portugal in euros. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
I have been reading your thread but I usually don't post on it but just wanted to say that I am glad you seem a lot happier today! I hope you and yours are happy in your new home and that things work out well for you.
Make sure you enjoy your holidays and try to forget your worries when you are away then hopefully you will get your batteries recharged.0 -
Hi Jo4, yes I do feel happier today. Although I am now tired.
Stupidly I forgot to hand over my voucher at Farm Foods, so I never did get any money off. Typical, I am not as organised as I thought i was.
I think that my biggest fly in the ointment is the way BF behaves. Everyone else around me are positive. The twins are being more helpful. They are doing as I say without arguement. Their arguements are less between themselves.
DS went to school and even admitted he has homework to do for maths. He has been taking Biggest of mooloos dog out etc.
He came to help me move the furniture that BHF delivered this morning so tonight I can start to put my clothes into drawers. (If I have any energy left).
Just cooking the dinner, Cottage pie. Its taken me ages to do?
Looking at my spends, via the receipts in my purse, and I am still on track with the grocery shopping. Dispite spending £100.13 today.
(Unless I find any other receipts somewhere)
Better serve dinner. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Dongle is about to go to Mum and Dads as they are off on holiday. So I wont be on line for a while. I will try to get on at the BF's. We will see. Due off on holiday on Sunday till the 29th.
Money is tight but needs are a must. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
