I'm a bit sporadic at posting on here but we meal plan every week, honest!
As I am a day or two late, I'll just include Mon to Fri if that's ok.
We too are on the Great Freezer Clearing plan so everything this week will either come from the freezer as left overs or uses ingredients from the freezer.
Mon: Spicy chicken burgers (a la zinger)
Tue: Cod, mushy peas and chips
Wed: Fajitas
Thu: Belly pork in some-sort-of-chinese or BBQ sauce, with rice or noodles
Fri: Chicken fajitas
Making myself hungry writing this... need snack...

Hi everyone, some great ideas here.
I haven't posted on this thread before although I have been mealplanning for quite a while. I'm using up a lot of stuff I have in my freezer....my problem being I can't resist a bargain and keep topping up the freezer with bits & pieces again.
Here's my plan for this week....
TODAY: Roast chicken, mash, roasties, carrots, brocolli, stuffing & gravy.
MONDAY: Chicken tikka masala (using leftover chicken from yesterday), boiled rice, naan bread & salad.
TUESDAY: Bacon & mushroom pasta, garlic bread & salad.
WEDNESDAY: Quiche lorrainne, baked spuds & beans.
THURSDAY: Sausages, mash, onions, peas & gravy.
FRIDAY: Breaded cod, chips & mushy peas
SATURDAY: Spaghetti bolognese, garlic bread & salad.
SUNDAY: Pork casserole, spuds & some sort of veg besides whats in casserole.
I love reading everyones mealplans

Hi Julie,
This sounds fantastic. What time do you want us to come around?
Your Friday sounds good. Good mushy peas are a hard thing to come by and reading your menu has made me hungry, so I've opted to get the sausages out the freezer for tomorrow as bangers and mash with onion gravy sounds a good idea to start the week with for me.
