Thing is i wanted the vouchers not the points put back, what use is that it means waiting again.I am getting very peed of with Pigsback as communiction with their customers is virtually non-existant.But what can we do?
Exactly - after all the hard work we have done - and earned these points - for these guys to just re-credit these points is not good. Especially with no apology!0 -
At least you got the points back. Feel happy that they've done that so that you can use the points again.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

Kind of negates the whole "validating your address" thing doesn't it?
Fortunately, I do have one, but resent the implication that I must have one. Why do they assume I've got one? There's no facility for contacting them if you've not got one.
And yes, I'm wary of junk/spam texts. I NEVER give my mobile out online fr that very reason. In fact hardly anyone has it. :mad:0 -
