I have ordered 2x £10 Love2Shop Vouchers (on July 27th) and they have not arrived in the post nor the points have been credited back yet.....

I ordered one on 25th July and still not had it.Emailed them numerous times and not had any response,phoned them and all they do is tell you someone will call you back,which never happens.
Surely something can be done about this,people are being told different stories about not receiving goods they ordered.Isnt there laws regarding things like this.They take yours points quick enough and im sure if we were paying cash we all would kick up more fuss.Wouldnt we ?
Just where can we go from now, anyone with any ideas.

Whats strange about this site is that even if you get the 10 or 20 piggy point daily questions wrong it lets you try again till you get it right lol.

Is there any point collecting the piggy points if people aren't getting their vouchers???

Some people are getting the vouchers. I have received a few of the UGC cinema ticket vouchers. Besides...if you don't try you definately don't get. Pigsback have just been swamped by the response

I think a few people might be starting to feel that way....however it does get kinda addictive!

ive not yet got enough points to try and order a voucher but to be honest im not that bothered im just enjoying the site...... yeah i know, sad aint it lol

As soon as i get anywhere near enough to send for a voucher i 'bet' them instead lol

BNU - like your work colleague I only got three click throughs this morning - but I popped back on there now just to see and there was another four click throughs waiting for me so she/he might be in the same boat?
