Hi all
Well i signed up to pigsback way back at the start of this tread! While i was reading the other day I saw somone mention they had to validate their voucher request via text message to their phone.
I emailed them as I had not got my validation code for the 2nd voucher i ordered, and they said :Your account is mobile validated and the Reward order completed.
This means that a code was sent to your mobile, and it must have been submitted on site as otherwise the order could have been processed and sent.
Also, you only have to mobile validate your account once - on your first Reward order, so as your first Reward order was on July 12th, this is when your account would have been mobile validated.
Hope this helps the people who were all wondering about their codes

I ordered another £10 voucher having just got re-credited for £10 voucher than was claimed to be sent on on 30th July but now appears they didnts end it out afer all after a shortage. OIt makes me wonder if some of us will get vouchers if thsi is the case, its one thing to be deducted for a £10 voucher, then get your points back, whats the point of getting points if in the end you get nothing anyhow.
I don't mind waiting a while but three weeks and no voucher and now have to wait all over again when it might not even show up again.
"Unfortunately, due to stock issues there has been a delay in posting the £10 Vouchers. We expected them to be delivered by the end of last week however as this does not seem to be the case and also it has been a couple of weeks since they have been ordered we will refund the relevant PiggyPoints and arrange for the Vouchers to be sent out as originally requested.
We sincerely apologise for the delay and confusion caused and hope that the PiggyPoints refund makes up for any annoyance and inconvenience the delay caused.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the refunded Points to show in your account."0 -
Have now received:
* 100 points for one referral
Have still not received:
* £10 L2S voucher ordered 27/07 (and no credit to my a/c either)
* stress piggies ordered 13/07 (approx)
* 1000 points for winning Rustlers comp on 10/08
* 200 points for joining Lightspeed
* 300 points for registering and first bid with eBay
DW has now re-applied for her first voucher, and has received the validation code.
Have just applied for my second voucher.
So that's £30-worth of vouchers gratefully ordered - but will we ever receive them? And, of course, I have enough missing points for another!Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

Does that mean that you're getting BOTH a refund of points AND the voucher(s) as ordered?Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -
I got a refund of 1150 points but am unsure if they still send a voucher, I would be in pocket then. What I am concerned about is whats the point in getting the points when some of use dont get the vouchers anyhow. I also aint got the stress pigs either ordered a month ago, I wasn't even greedy and asked for 30 either and hell I need them as I am stressed so easily.0

Yep, the backlog must be getting unmanageable now. I wish they would send a circular email to members to say what exactly is happening.
They keep changing the comps, and adding the click-through 10-pointers, so things on the website are fine. But clearly they are simply not coping with vouchers, winners, stress pigs or correspondance.
I have the feeling that they mean well, and probably want to do things correctly, but their silence is alarming.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

I posted on the pigsback forum the other day about the ebay points and they will be credited by the end of August according to Curly (The big piggy)There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.
