Those who didn't get their vouchers, or who had them creditted without explanation (could well be in junk/spam folder) I thought you might be interested in this.

I emailed asking them if I could be sure I'd get my voucher, and that a friend had had her points creditted back, with no email etc.

I don't have your friends details, however all members whose Rewards voided were sent e-mails explaining why.

Many members unfortunately had duplicate accounts, and so as per the terms and conditions of the site had Rewards voided and were unsubscribed.
Also some members earned PiggyPoints by just clicking on old offer links i.e. they didn't participate in these offers. Pigsback.com then rightly voided the Rewards and removed any Points earned this way. So any member with enough Points left could re-order a Reward.

Pigsback.com have been operating in Ireland for five years and honour every Reward order. We have officially launched in the UK recently and have been issuing Rewards to our members regularly.

Due to the issues described above and problems with stock there were some delays in issuing some Reward vouchers, however we do advise members to allow 14 working days for postal Reward delivery to allow for such circumstances. Generally Rewards are delivered within a week of ordering however.

I should also point out I've emailed them twice now (once because I couldn't log out, and once about this) and both times have had polite, helpful responses within 10 minutes of emailing. :T

But despite the long reply, they didn't answer your question, did they? They simply said what nice people they are. Can you be sure that you will get your voucher? They don't say so! And there are plenty of people here who are still waiting.

Sorry, Binxy, it may seem that I'm ranting at you, but I can assure you I'm not. I'm getting increasingly frustrated and annoyed by PB's failure to address the issues raised with them.

Yes, we accept that, and there's nothing new there.

But there is overwhelming evidence here that many members have not received their vouchers! And I mean members whose accounts are valid.

Well, that makes me laugh with despair!! They are still not admitting that members who ordered vouchers during the last few days of July have not received them. That's a lot more than 14 working days. To say "there were some delays" is not the whole truth, because they are STILL occurring.

I have had a couple of email replies, but after several days only. They were polite and business-like. However, recently, I have not had replies to my emails about missing points (including 1000 for a comp win) and missing voucher.

It's time they told us the truth!

If you don't mind me asking, are you the only member of your household who has an account with pigsback, or if not do all the members of your household get their rewards? :)
Because with me most of my family are members, but I was the first to start claiming rewards in the beginning of July and they haven't delivered anything since.

If they have an issue with members sharing a computer, or sharing a home address then they should have made it 1 account per household - not 1 per person, don't you think?

Someone said they had a reward claim refused because their computer IP address was the same as their partner's - but that will usually be the case if they both share a home computer.

Perhaps Pigsback should check against the Electoral Roll if they need to verify that a certain person is genuine, but simply refusing to honour claims without emailing you with further queries is just not on, even if they do return your points.

I still maintain that this is a business cashflow problem for them and that the Love2Shop vouchers are the only area perhaps that they can cut down to save borrowing money to fulfil the requests - because this way they can put off buying the vouchers a little longer, until someone else pays them. Also, I imagine a lot of people get fed up and go for the Blockbuster or CDWow electronic vouchers instead, and being that they are both member companies, being promoted by the Pigsback site, no money technically has to change hands, but I could be wrong?!!

2 members in my household. They have not responded to emails. They have voided (again!) the last voucher claim without any explanation or apology. I know that Pigsback are reading through this thread and I am very disappointed with them and know lots of other people who are.

There are many other sites doing the same thing - I can guaranttee that unless they pull their act together very quickly they will soon go the way of the good ol' Points grave in the sky....! Bad reputations spread very quickly.

    Guys.......

Can we all just take a chill pill on this?

    Lets look at the facts.......

We are all after something for nothing!

We would like to have that something sooner rather than later!

We get frustrated when it doesnt arrive on the doorstep in the morning!

But as long as it rocks up sometime does it really matter??

ITS FREE FOR GEEEZES SAKE!!!!

I would imagine, going by this thread, that they are recieving a lot more emails and calls regarding the delivery of vouchers than they ever thought they would get. So if there is a delay on what in theory is "free money" as opposed to vouchers for Blockbusters etc etc just sit back and be patient!
