As am I. They took over a week to open the 6.65% account with £25k which still hasn't been cleared as yet.
Haven't heard of the phone just send letters out which contradict what we were previously told, although we moved in September 07 the contact centre took our new address when we phoned, but not one of them ever queried the difference between the new or old address (a Call direct 30 my wife had still had the old one on)
