I got a voucher today and the 100 extra points

I got vouchers today but had to get the points added manually. I had carefully chosen enough other things so my total would be £15 and I'd get an electrical voucher but was foiled! My L'oreal mascara, shelf price £9.99 went though at £6.99 so no voucher for me!

Went into Middlesbrough today - five vouchers, five bags, but they wouldnt give me the extra points. Said the bags were Orchid and not Mediterranean. Went to the stand and they are definitely Mediterranean. Im going to phone up tomorrow.

Went in to Boots store out of town today and did quite well, forgot about the £15 spend for a £10 voucher, was £2.90 short, rats. Oh well.

I filled up my trolley with £1 75ml face masks and face washes etc, soaps etc, ten items in all. Verified that the 75ml products were not miniatures, was told they were not. Picked up the voucher and went to the counter to pay. It went through and noticed I only got 500 points instead of 1000. So, I spoke up and stated I should have got another 500 points. Counter assistant said she would speak to the manager. He came along and said that the face masks were classed as miniatures. I said that I'd verified with a member of his staff that they were not classed as miniatures. I could see the steam coming out of his ears at this point. He said oh, right well I'll speak to them about that, hmmmm. I'll put the points on then he said quite adbruptly. So I got my full whack of points, yippeee. Also the face masks which were a £1 came up at 66p when they went through. Pity about missing out on the £10 voucher but I still need to fill up my first aid kit so I'll maybe pick it up that way. Or may be go back up to the out of town store again tomorrow and chance it again, but do a £15 spend. Shall I, shan't I, will I, won't I. Decisions, decisions. :rolleyes:

Mediterranean vouchers still available in the only working voucher machine at Romford, but...still not going through the tills. I can't even get them to investigate why the points don't come up they just ask me whether I still want the item without the points or not.

I'm dissilusioned with Boots at the moment, no gluten free sandwiches available for three weeks now.

I bought two Med. body butters today (I really like these, they smell gorgeous!) and used a voucher, which added 200 points.

But I also used a total spend voucher for 100 points on £10+ which didn't!! Rang the phone number on the back of the card and after some faffing around they agreed to add 100 points to my card.

I bought a walnut lemon olive bar of exfoliating soap from the Mediterranean range and had to get my 100 points added manually, it only cost 81p though. Last one on the shelf

Only discovered this after I'd bought a face mask. The girl was going to check with a supervisor about it when she noticed the bit about the face mask. Serves me right, should have read it properly. What about the bags? Anyone get any today?
