Hi there as a new member can anyone tell me if Boots have a regular day of the week or date when the offers change on the advantage machine. I always seem to get there too late.0

When I worked for Boots 7 years ago offers were new on a Wednesday morning monthly, sorry can't remember which week of a month they changed. Look at the codes on the bottom right of the offer tickets in teeny-tiny writing there is the start and end date of the offer.Nuts just take up space where chocolate ought to be.0

Really !!!!!! off an assistant today. She put my basket through which included 10 gift bags and two face scrubs along with a 100 pt voucher for the Med range. The customer side of the till showed only a few points so I queried it. Gutted that the voucher now says only 1 per transaction. So I matter of factly told her to void out all but 1 of the Med range. Silly b:tch voided the WHOLE transaction but didn't scan the coupon so I paid for the poxy gift bag. Oh well, can't win em' all.
Still got a good deal on the Huggies pull up samples!Nuts just take up space where chocolate ought to be.0 -

Oh that's interesting, nobody has reported buying any soaps under £1. Wonder if it was an extra discounted item at your store.Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)
Boots points: £0.28
Pigsback points: 715 (4 xBoots£10 & 1 xPizzaHut£10, 2 x £10 clothing vouchers)

I went to 3 boots stores on Friday when I found the voucher was back on the machine, in the first store I bought 7 gift bags for which the manager manually added the extra points, in the second store I bought 11 gift bags but have only been given 100 extra points (I called advantage card and complained They are putting the 1000 extra points on for me), at the third store I bought 17 gift bags, I had a nightmare trying to explain the situation to the manager but in the end had all 1700 points added to my card, I'm sure I seriously annoyed every boots assistant I spoke to that day - but still got all my points !! The voucher I had (8th July) didn't mention face packs or giftbags. It must have changed since then.0

I'm sure they state when the offers change, I think they change again on the 19th of July but perhaps is depends on the popularity of the offers too in the store. The mediterranean one in the two local stores here have certainly been popular. I think it mentions the dates on the 3 for 2 and BOGOF list printout.“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. Went in to the Bexleyheath store on Saturday, printed 4 vouchers but all the Med items were priced over £3 each. Found an Orchid bag took it to the till with one of the vouchers, no points added, but it was only 49p (and I have a Boots discount card anyway)so it was still a good buy.0
