AMEX payment app issue.

Yet you are getting 50 ish days a month interest free, which over the year far exceeds the 120 days.
How much actual interest are you losing over the 120 days?

Nope, doesn't leave Lloyds.

They're collected about 10 days before the actual payment due date unlike practically every other card issuer. Future dated Faster Payments work perfectly fine in my experience.

I found the issue, as I don't use Chrome i disabled it, once enabled I was able to make payment from bank.
Other apps just use my default browser of FF.Let's Be Careful Out There2 -
Good spot, so even though the payment is initiated in the Amex app & authorised in the Lloyds app, Open Banking needs a browser in the link somewhere?

Yep, I know when I pay my Aqua card FF flashes up and it completes without any issue to Lloyds.
As no one else was having the problem and didn't think it was the phone itself, thought it must me something I did. Decided to test it and worked fine with Chrome when unblocked. Will give it another go with Chrome blocked just to make totally sure, but can't think of any other thing it could be.Let's Be Careful Out There1 -
I always seem to have a "zombie" tab left open in Chrome after any Open Banking transaction (even when using apps at either end of the transaction).
