  • I want to go travelling as I never did it when I was younger. My son is only 9 so I'll have to wait ten years or so anyway, and it'll probably take me that long to get debt-free!

Great idea for a thread, btw

You been stealing my top secret plans SS? Cheeky, they were in a drawer marked 'beware of the leopard' and everything ;)

Although I'm starting to think a flat in London is an impossibility unless I get myself married off to a rich old man about to drop dead of a romp-induced heart attack. Still, be easier than that bank charges claim!

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    Where do I start!

    Updating my car
    Buying our house together
    Having children
Having a lovely holiday somewhere exotic
    Treating my parents
  • As soon as they're cleared, save the pennies, get the tickets and go travelling round the world for a year or so

TBH, it's all I think about. If I ever feel despaired, listless or tempted to spend what I don't have, I just tell myself it's delaying what I want to do

    * Be able to treat my mum to lunch and take her to a health spa
    * Save up to go on dream holls with my boyfriend
    * Save up to start a family
