NatWest needs IT staff

It's not that hard, Google "how to activate a NatWest credit card".

This is all do do with the change over from Mastercard to Visa. After a certain date, all M/C will have to cancelled. As they are no longer a M/C issuer. Nothing to do with IT team. All they will have done is set the dates as per agreement with M/C 🤷♀️
So perhaps your issues lies with Royal Mail & failure to deliver your new Visa card. 👍

Are RBS/NatWest moving across to Visa like LBG?
0 -
Unlikely, they only moved 16M cards from VISA to MC 4 years ago.
They do have some products using VISA like the old Sainsburys/Nectar card you refer to and the VISA Travel Reward card.
Probably others too.

I could be wrong but the original post has the feel of something written by AI. Might be just my suspicious nature.

Unless AI is now deliberately including typos and grammatical errors to make it more 'human' then the OP was not AI-generated.

What was the "Cora" reference? - I couldn't understand it. I concede the Wells Fargo comment went over my head as well.

Cora is NatWest/RBS/Ulster's chatbot.
My attempt at figuring out the WF reference is upthread (and likely wrong).

Cora is the NatWest/RBS AI bot.
It is sometimes useful, but as often as not I need to "chat" to a real person.
The Wells Fargo reference (and the "near Aldi" response from @Maegi) do seem a bit strange to me. Perhaps the OP meant some courrier company and mixed up the names?

Thank you to FL and ST for your comments - my skepticism sometimes hampers me.
