Go Dusty Go Dusty, I've done it.
After 6 months (at least of the boxes being on the family room floor I have sorted them all). So proud of myself. I now have a lovely metal box full of all my gardening stuff to look through/file and plan but as hex and serena will tell you that will be a joy not a task.
Unfortunately I also have a half full in tray of stuff to action but I have also phoned:
Tax Office
PTA Insurance
N&P
Chiropractor.
It is all thanks to you lot, posting every day what you have achieved and getting my house clean and organised enough to start tackling the tought jobs.
OH office the next big job but not for a couple of weeks. It won't be as daunting now.
oh nearly forgot I have kids to collect:rotfl:The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Hi there,
We are registed with a private dentist - we had to when we moved as there weren't any NHS ones in this town, but DD is NHS with them. I thought all children had to be treated NHS TBH, so might be worth a check.
I'm working at home today, and usually work until 4pm when I have to pick DD up, but officially only supposed to work until 3.30pm. Anyone fancy another challenge from 3.30?

rumbly I'll be in.. I have the rest of the kitchen to do.. sweeping and mopping and then laundry to fold and put away.. I'll go grab a cuppa to pass the next 5 minutes!
I like these challenges.. I get loads done.. can we have them more often.. or just tell me we are having one every day.. at least 5 times?!

Managed to keep on top of the washing/ironing, so although the pile is still huge, it's not actually getting any bigger. I'm at work on Friday so I'll need to to do both days tomorrow, what am I up against?0 -
Well I am reporting I have done nothing today, lounge looks a mess but to be honest I know 10 mins would have it sorted so no excuse really.
I found some St Johns Wart in the cupboard so have taken one of those in the hope it will buck me up. I think what I really need is some sunshine, a trip to someone warm and sunny - not gonna happen though.
Just got back from school pick up. Naughty mummy took littles to sweeties shop so they have a packet of fruitella each and are currently watching a DVD in their room. I bought myself a can of coke in the hope that the sugar rush would get me off my ever increasing bum! I am miserable and cannot stop eating at the moment no reason for either symptom.
Hubby not home tonight so easy tea with minimal washing up (spag bol - bol from freezer;) ). Gonna do a HHC at 4pm as a tidy house always makes me feel better. Oh! and those finest chocolates are no more, they got scoffed last night and today (well all expect the gross raspberry etc filled ones) how bad is that:o
Maralum - great news about DH. Think your centre sounds fab, have you had the local papers in to do an article? maybe do flyers to hand out at doctors surgery, baby clinics etc?0 -
Fantastic news Maralum
Well I have picked A & W up from school, finished sorting the to be filed stuff into relevant order and can now file them! Will do that for the next few mins then it's swimming lesson for W.

Not sure the can of coke was a good idea, I just feel bloated. My god that stuff is fizzy - how do people drink gallons of the stuff (i.e. SIL)0
-
It is pretty yucky stuff shell! I work in a restaurant and i'm amazed by how much some people drink of it:eek:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
