Happy Birthday LJD's DS
Afternoon all (I think it was morning when I started reading)
Bed stripped. Two loads of washing done. I did drape it round the house but I put the bedding out on the line about half an hour ago. It's clouded up now............
Dusted and vacuumed all three bedrooms. Vacuumed bathroom and toilet floors. Cleaned windows in my bedroom and bathroom.
Cleaned kitchen window (got rid of cat snot).
Dusted and vacuumed living room, hallway and kitchen.
Went to post office and sent letter to DS. Took two books into shop to be sold for heart charity (owner's granddaughter has treatment there and she fundraises).
Did some more of my crossword/jigsaw. There's a clue missing just to make it even harder! Only about a dozen left now. Won't be beaten.
Just saw recycling lorry drive past without emptying my crate. They'd better be going to empty lorry and come back. Grrr.

Hope your DS has a great birthday LJD1, went swimming after taking enough painkillers to kill a horse:o It was great, LO had a ball. I cant believe she gets free swimming lessons:D There were only 2 others kids there, so nice and quiet for her. Just having a bite to eat then will start on my hovel. Its finally stopped raining here, but its still blowing a gale. I like the wind though:rolleyes: Especially when i'm all cosied up in a nice warm house. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Afternoon all,
I knew I'd burn out:o
Yesterday I got up, swished/swiped bathroon, kitchen sink, loaded slow cooker for the day and went to work for 12 hours. Came in shattered, didn't fancy what was in the slow cooker, had fish and chips and watched a DVD. Didn't even do a WM load
However, my Tuesday towels are now washed and in the TD, and I've swished and swiped kitchen and bathroon today too, so I'm still hanging on in there. Will start working on today's list after work, and ignore yesterday's for now! The oven cleaner is still in the oven from Monday night - must clear that out before anything else....

Afternoon all, looks like of us have had a busy morning. My list is buried page ??? so I haven't done any of Lil me's list apart from hoover through upstairs.
Have managed a good tidy, hoovered all downstairs and mopped kitchen, took DS up and down street on trike and re-potted a tree, got us both dressed (at 10.30am!) and both fed and thats it. But house feels and looks okay. Need to fetch few more toys from playroom later but am chilling now till DS wakes - should be at least another hour.
Wind is really bad hear to and we are ontop of a hill surrounded by fields or houses with land so are bit battered but managed to get DS out for 30mins without us being blown away! Also had windows and patio doors wide open to let some fresh air in, must be crackers but its not too cold here.Lightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!

Hi everyone
You lot have been busy today and very chatty. Birthday wishes to all the littlies for yesterday and today. Hugs for all the poorly ones (big and small)
Not done a lot here yet, had a friend round for coffee, her LO started full time school and she was not impressed! Her mum was a bit wobbly about it all as well. Just been to the PO before it shut at 1pm to post my ebay parcels, had lunch and now about to start on this room as I can hardly get in and if I can't get in I can't sit here and post to you lot!
Plus I need to file a load of paperwork and get on with this blasted tax return.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -
