  • Anyone up for a 30 min (HHC) challenge from 1115?
    I'd rather be watching CSI!
  • Much better night last, though he's poorly today, every bit of him is snotty. Still, on a positive he walked for the first time yesterday, Yay!:j
Ds had a lovely birthday (4) and I've spent this morning clearing away rogue plastic ties and bits of wrapping paper from the late visitors last night.
Managed an hour of ironing last night before bed, but realistically have another 2 hours to do. Hoovered the stairs this morning and usual DW, TD & WM, though it's so windy up here I've ventured a white load onto the line. Hope it's still there at lunchtime.

    So for today:
Wonderful Wednesdays - Master Bedroom & Landing

    Level 2
Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs..
Vacuum mattress before replacing with fresh linen, air the bed if possible
    15 minutes floordrobe clearance
    Level 3
Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
Clear a hotspot., or spend 15 minutes clearing one.
Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more
27 fling boogie time, time for that midweek fling, go on grab a bag and clear that clutter
    Clean windows in these rooms
Check the airing cupboard, anything that is way past it's use by (maybe recycle for rags if possible, you could donate old sheets oor towels to a local animal rescue for bedding)
Clean tops of wardrobes and drawers (if safe to do so, no pregnant flyladies on ladders please delegate the job instead)
Check through undies drawers, anything more holy than the church which needs to go/be repaired? Anyone need anything replacing?

    Additional:
Sort a DD out over the phone
    Maths & Spellings
    Sort more laundry
    1hr ironing

    Right,

All you busy flyers, and apart from making butternutsoup for DD2 with braces and putting the Asda shopping away, I have done em..... nothing!!
The wind is howling and I am cold, some housework would actually warm me up so I am going to get stuck in for half an hour before having to pick DD2 from school to give her soup and dope her up some more with painkillers.

I am such a softie, I can't see my kids in pain without blubbering myself.DD1 has had lots of surgery and I always blubber lots and when DD2 started crying yesterday at the orthodontist I had to fight back the tears myself. I was quite willing to keep her off school today but she said she would manage!! What a star.

No more dilly dallying, go Esther, GO!!!!!

Oh I had an email back from BT, the overcharged £130 has now been taken off, they agreed that the £24 a month we've been paying is way too high and has left us in credit by a lot, so that's now dropped to £11 a month :D happy with that, £13 a month less than I have been paying them.
Hope everyone has a good day :D

    Yippee!!!!!! That is good news!

We are waiting to hear from a couple of Insurance companies - the one we were with was going to charge us more because we moved to a lower crime area ........:p:mad:
