Hello Everyone,
I apologise if this has already been asked and answered, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere.
Am I able to transfer money from one credit card to another, and then transfer it back to the original card I transferred it from?
Just as my 0% apr is coming to a end, but I have new 0% apr offers on new balance transfers. So I was thinking I could transfer the amount onto my other card, and then transfer it back to get the new 0% apr offer on the original card?
thankyou in advance 😊0 -

Chrome has current 1600 Balance, have an offer of 0% 6 months balance transfer.
I wouldn't be able to pay combined balance in 5 or 6 months.
Though can make attempt at 250.
Is this going to be more expensive after 6 months when my past purchases of 1600 will be repayable 1st.
Though Tesco would be 150 rather than 400 and could be cleared mid 2021.
Aren't you on a DMP?
Have you spoken to your DMP manager about all of this?
My sig states dmp since 2012.
I report yearly update via DWD board.
Due to complete late 2021 though could be sooner after next years review.
I can revert to snoozing.com and re establish if it's 'worth it' increasing Chrome card balance from 1635 to 1835 or 1850 -the extra 200 or 215 would half my Tesco card balance and be 0% existing Vanquis chrome transfer offer up-to 6 months.
thanks

I'm definitely on stoozing blacklist somewhere. Can't get either of the top two cards according to the eligibility checker and MSE credit club display them for me.
My credit score is 989 so only 10 off max but apparently my length of financial engagement could be better0 -

Question, I took out a Santander CC with 0% Interest for 28 months to fund a car where I used the full limit of £15k, this comes to an end in Oct. I’m pleased to say I have now repayed everything. However, I want to fund a car for my wife in a similar manner. I have a few questions...
1. Am I best to cancel the card and re-apply? Or would they decline as it it’s too soon since I cancelled.
2. Phone up Santander and ask for a new 0% interest fee?
3. Apply for another C.C with hsbc or m&s? And would I get a 15k limit? My income is similar as it was 3 yrs ago and I,be not defaulted or missed payments?
NB my NatWest Visa card, which I hardly use had its limit reduced by half, they said something about reducing risk or something along those lines, Should I cancel that this card or ask for 0%?
i,be seen Santander you can get a loan for 3% but like the idea of putting it on 0% ... any ideas are welcome0 -
Can your wife not apply for the card?0

My friend has an MBNA credit card and a Lloyds credit card. Both have been on 0% interest which is ending very soon.
He had a letter from Lloyds offering 0% for 12 months on a balance transfer for a fee of 5% which I know is high but his credit score probably isn't very high. I think the debt on each card is over £1000. Can he pay the Lloyds card from MBNA then try a balance transfer from MBNA to Lloyds accepting their offer? That would put all his debt in one basket as it were.
Or would that not be allowed?
Or would it be better to keep the 2 debts separate by applying for a second Balance Transfer card at 0%?
We can't get our heads round it LOL.
Thanks to anyone who can advise.0
