Are you on Broadband?
Do you have a dialup account?
If so change to dialup for 5 minutes and try it, that way you can rule out your computer assuming it works.
If you don't have a dialup account they are free to make.
BUT DO NOT INSTALL ANY SOFTWARE JUST GET THE INFO AND SET IT UP MANUALY.
On my system if I start a dialup account my IP changes to that account, even thou I still have broadband working at the same time. (two internet connections)0 -
Well, I can confirm that Rizla's IP is not banned from the site. And the results of the test I asked you to do seem fine.
I'm asking the other mods to see if they can help... but I'm pretty sure it's something on your end...0 -
Thanks for all the help Emma.0

CheckDNS.NET is verifying if NS are alive Error fetching SOA from ns1.hotukdeals.com [85.13.207.41]: Connection reset. Probably DNS server is offline. Error fetching SOA from ns2.hotukdeals.com [85.13.207.42]: Connection reset. Probably DNS server is offline.
That is the problem, but why?
This is what I get:CheckDNS.NET is verifying if NS are alive DNS server ns1.hotukdeals.com[85.13.207.41] is alive and authoritative for domain hotukdeals.com DNS server ns2.hotukdeals.com[85.13.207.42] is alive and authoritative for domain hotukdeals.com 2 server(s) are alive
You are not running two firewalls by any chance?
Try turning off any firewalls including Microsoft one in XP.
If you use a router try setting that to allow all. (DMZ Server)
But the problem may be with your ISP, send them an Email and ask if there is any reason for this.0
