There is nothing to install, just change of settings. I don't know if will sort out your particular problem but your ISP may have DNS problems e.g. out of date cache etc. You could also try using an alternative browser to try to pinpoint your problem e.g. here
This would tell you if it's an IE problem etc. The link that you posted in post #4 works fine for me.

DNS problem then, there is no route back to you. Could be a router problem/setting

you will get 4 good replies

Also your isp dns server is down, there should be two listed in network settings.

Also flush your local dns settings, try, in a command prompt

ipconfig /flushdns

I think they did ban a few people for complaining about the new layout, mind you I did too but they went over the top and were directing people to other sites.

Not Me. I didn't complain and I was a regular poster on there. Didn't like the site but it was still working for me. Neither of those 'Back doors' worked for me either.

I have tried it on IE, Firefox and Opera.

Ojk Flushed that.

The ping listed THREE times and perhaps a fourth but the screen flashed and disappeared before i could read it.

I tried out esspresso idea and the help guide is great check it out but try my DNS number 194.72.0.114
What are yours? What OS are you using?

You click on Get Started and it gives comprehensive instructions including screen shots of how to set up openDNS an a couple of minutes, as totalsolutions stated.
