Our provider is still having great difficulty reproducing this on any device.
They've asked if it's at all possible to try an incognito/private window or a different browser (with extensions disabled) to see if the same issue occurs.

With a lot of twiddling, I've been able to reproduce in Safari on Mac, so hopefully my details will help our provider reproduce this issue 🙂
