none of my LL items that are SD have had this 'time to shop', only parcel ones- and I wonder if ebay recognise the likely wait of the item and acknowledge there is still room in the parcel and something else can be added, rather like a shopping cart in an online shop. Or possibly if they add something heaver the label is adjusted.

My outstanding one from yesterday has obviously cleared for postage and I now can't check whether I got any additional messages if I'd tried to print the postage as soon as it was sold, or whether it was even possible.

It has not happened at all on my business account but this does appear to only apply to SD items and all my business items are still custom postage.

I have generated the postage label straight away, so no need to wait. I did this so I could catch the post office before it closed. There is no warning of any penalty (for seller) for doing this. I have done this 5-10 times a week.

I suppose the only danger is that if buyer does add another item you won’t get a label for it and the item sent could potentially result in an SNAD as incomplete purchase.

I'd imagine that once I have generated the first label then nothing can be added to it, and a separate/second label will be available.

I'm not so sure especially as it says clearly 'Do Not Post' as buyer still has xxx amount of time to shop and add to their purchases.

I can't remember who I spoke to but once the label is paid the shopping time ends. Not had any bother.

Like others, I sent the item anyway and haven`t incurred a penalty.
