Best Isa for transferring in - advice/guidance please -
Hello,
I currently have a cash isa in T212 with max 2 yrs monies in it, the interest rate for existing customers is now 3.60%
I need to transfer to another provider along with this years allowed amount for isa (not yet put in an isa)
Guidance/advice/experience would be appreciated 😀

What are you aims?
Fixed term, instant access, flexible ISA?
Do you want monthly interest?
Your question is very much "how long is a piece of string?"0 -
This page could be a good starting point:

I would 100 per cent recommend HSBC for an ISA transfer. It is a rollercoaster experience you will never ever forget lasting possibly weeks!
If you want an easy life, less stress and a transfer completed from start to finish in 48 hours by contrast - try Paragon Bank.2 -
Guidance/advice/experience would be appreciated
Have a good read through this forum, it is very informative.

Thank you for all your comments, I do read through, I am dealing with bereavement recovery (child loss) so my question was just to get ideas from real people when all the reading gets a bit overwhelming and I become blind to the info before me 🙈
Thank you anyway

Go to Moneyfacts, they list all the rates. Choose one that meets your needs, fixed, variable etc. and away you go! If you find that T212 can't be transferred easily to your provider of choice, move it somewhere else. you can always transfer it again to your preferred provider.
Avoid Plum though, too many issues with them. Looking at that list the one I would be most confortable with is Virgin Money at 4.15%

Paragon doesn't have the best interest rates but is one of the very few providers who accepts online transfer requests for T212. Once your funds are in Paragon, you can transfer them further to other ISA providers with better rates.

I transferred from T212 to Santander (4.5% fixed, and e-voucher "bribe" of £50). So there are other providers that accept transfers from T212.
