Consumer Rights Act 2015 - Used First Car, can I claim?

I don't understand your purpose in posting here in the first place as all you seem to be doing is contradicting what others say.
If you think the issues you've described justify exercising your short-term right to reject the car under the CRA, then stop posting here and go ahead and reject it before your 30 days expires. Unless your sales agreement says it's your responsibility to return the car to the dealer all you need to do is notify them of the rejection and make it available for them to collect.
If the dealer doesn't play ball send them a Letter Before Claim and if they still won't pay up after that issue a claim against them.
But as others have pointed out be aware that even if you win a judgment against them you won't get any money out of them if they have no assets and you will just have incurred further expenditure on the claim fee and hearing fee.

Return it, then.

Not every fault on a used car is grounds for rejection.
If, however, you are decided upon rejection, then return the car to the Dealer together with the paperwork and keys and reject the car.
You can't reject the car and carry on using it.

So why did you allow then to repair the car, rather than hand the keys back & say I want a refund.

I have sent my notice of rejection. They replied and told me good luck. I've sent my letter before action. I haven't used the car since 22/04. We can arrange collection when they agree to a refund

Median waiting times for court action are currently nine to 12 months. If the dealer doesn't pay up in response to your letter, what are you going to do about travel to work and college, given that your money is tied up in this car so you can't buy a replacement, and could be for many many months?
Isn’t the pragmatic thing to do here to accept their offer to replace the cat, then put the car up for sale, continuing to use it until you have a buyer and a replacement lined up? Or have you blown that option now?

Any court would throw out the claim based on the “dealer” committing to resolve the last of 3 issues.

Section 22 of the CRA 2015 — if goods are faulty within 30 days, the consumer can reject and demand a full refund. The trader's willingness to repair is irrelevant once that right has been exercised. The first repair didnt work. I do not trust that garage. The minute I told them I didnt want the repair and that i wanted a refund, they didnt try and negotiate. they didnt ask to inspect the car (which they are fully entitled to do) but they instead send two words: "Good luck". I really dont think the court will look favourably on that
