Best of luck.
Where is the heap of !!!!!! now?
If you've rejected it I hope you've dumped it with them.0 -
And as already said, chances are they will be in tbe process of changing identify, close the company down and then your court action is futile, the 'person listed' is not normally personally responsible for any company liability.
What does the companies house accounts show as assets?

they cannot close the company down, I am a known creditor, and if they file dissolution I can object to it through companies house, and i could apply to restore the company if they are successful
its less about the money now, while still important its more of a pride thing atm - in response to my notice of rejection, they replied with 2 words - "good luck". I cannot stand for that

Great, but if the company doesn't have any assets then you're throwing more good money after bad.

they have cars listed for sale on auto trader thats for sure

You're not a "known creditor", you're just an aggrieved customer wanting their money back. Only when it is proved the company are in debt to you, do you become a creditor. A court may well decide that the car you bought was worth the money you paid. If you wanted to reject the car you should have returned it to the dealer and handed over the keys.
Having cars listed for sale on Autotrader doesn't mean they necessarily own them as such.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1 -
Yes, but if they're trying to wind up one company, the chances are the current stock is all held by the new company. And so on.
