I just got the popup in the app saying I would get the £150. It also apologised for the delays in setting up the ISA.

Got the in app pop-up re £500 for ISA.

Nothing for Premier Account £500 tho so hopefully that'll "pop-up" shortly as well.

An acknowledgement for the HSBC ISA cashback reward, together with an apology, appeared in my HSBC app this afternoon.

I got the same message for £150 even though I hadn't transferred an ISA.I didn't know that I qualified as I transferred money from an Easy Access account to my bank account and then into the ISA and I wasn't sure this would count as new money.

I re-read the eligibility criteria and T&Cs from when I made the initial transfer.

The combined transfer total could qualify for:

• £150 for transfers of £20,000 to £49,999.99
• £250 for transfers of £50,000 to £99,999.99
• £500 for transfers of £100,000 or more

I initiated a £25,000 transfer into the Fixed Rate Cash ISA in April. HSBC has indicated that £250 is due to be paid, although I'll wait and see what actually arrives later this month.

I did make further transfers totalling £30,000 into my Premier Loyalty Cash ISA in August. However, those were outside the eligibility funding window (9 March to 11 May 2026), so I wouldn't have expected them to count towards the offer.

No pop-up in the app for me yet. I transferred 3 ISAs to the Global Investment Centre and opened and funded a Premier Loyalty ISA, all within the qualifying window, amounting to just over £100,000 so hoping for £500 cash back.

Nice surprise for you, and you do indeed qualify under the offer terms, as it wasn't contingent on ISA transfers.
